Pink Russian

Grapefruit and Campari combine to make a fantastic sorbet or ice pop, so it’s not at all surprising that a little vodka added to the mix gives you a refreshing long drink, just right for a summer afternoon.

In a cocktail shaker combine 1 cup grapefruit juice, 3 tablespoons vodka, and 2 tablespoons Campari and fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake the mixture until it is chilled and strain it into a tall 12-ounce glass, chilled. Garnish the drink with a section of grapefruit. Makes 1 drink.
