In the blazer of a chafing dish combine the juice and finely grated rind of 1 orange and 1/4 cup sugar and cook the syrup for 5 minutes. Add 3 cups seedless grapes and cook them, stirring for 1 minute. Pour in 1/2 cup warm brandy and set it aflame. Serve the flaming grapes over vanilla ice cream.
