Au Cheval in Chicago makes me miss Montreal, of all places. It has a vibe straight out of the Plateau. Despite the amazing response to their burger, which is a wonderful thing as well, I really fell in love with their bologna sandwich topped with a fried egg. Just amazing comfort food curated by a really gifted team in a setting that makes everyone feel right at home.
