Cocktail of the Week: St-Germain Cocktail

This has been one of our go-to summer cocktails the last two years. It’s light but flavorful, floral but not too sweet, and of course it’s got bubbles. If you bought a bottle of St-Germain last year, you might want to get a new one; it can oxidize over time. That hasn’t been a problem around here—a bottle doesn’t usually last long enough to go bad.

In an ice-filled highball glass, combine 4 ounces dry sparkling wine or dry white wine, 3 ounces St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and 4 ounces seltzer or sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
