Raspberry Syrup

    A 10-ounce package frozen raspberries, thawed, with the juice

    In a blender or in a food processor fitted with the steel blade puree the raspberries and the juice and strain the puree through a fine sieve set over a bowl, pressing hard on the solids. Makes about 3/4 cup.
