Crack Pie Momofuku Milk Bar chef Christina Tosi created this dessert while working as a pastry chef at WD-50. Inspired by a bevy of pies featured in the Joy of Cooking, Tosi turned to the ingredients she had on hand to craft her Crack Pie, a rich, buttery filling inside an oat cookie crust.
