Richard Rosendale: A Roomier Ride

“For Father’s Day, I’d love to get myself a larger car, so my wife’s ‘approval’ would be a great gift,” says Richard Rosendale, executive chef of the Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, and the man who will lead the U.S. team in this year’s prestigious Bocuse d’Or cooking competition in Lyon, France. “All joking aside, I’m truly looking forward to just spending some quality time with Laurence [almost 4], Liam [8 weeks old], and my wife, Laura,” the chef adds. “We’ll probably cook on the grill and have some cake and ice cream. That kind of day with my family is priceless.”
