Lime Whipped Cream

Makes 2 1/4 cups

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • Grated zest of 2 limes (1 packed tablespoon)


  • By hand or with an electric mixer, whisk together the cream, confectioners' sugar, and lime zest in a bowl until light and fluffy. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
