Gourmet’s Chicago correspondent not only blogs for Choptalk but has also appeared in Diary of a Foodie, Gourmet’s PBS series on cuisines of the world, lending her expertise on the food of France (where she also spends much of her time). A chef and food writer, Louisa has cooked her way through Europe’s Michelin three-starred restaurants, including El Bulli and Alain Ducasse in Paris. She also writes a column for Chow, blogs at Movable Feast, and reports for KCRW’s Good Food, but she is far from done with life as an itinerant chef just yet.
