Wolfgang Puck: Nope! Not even that. My five-year-old went to a restaurant the other day with my wife and he ordered a pizza and he said, “Can I have some white truffles with that, please?”

Gourmet Live: So you’re training their palettes at an early age...

Wolfgang Puck: Oh yes. Oliver [my five-year-old] likes this Shanghai Lobster dish that has ginger sauce and plum wine. He loves it. He takes it to school, with the rice and the lobster, and eats that while other kids eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
