Zucchini Lime Tequila Slushies

The slightly bland, watery quality of raw zucchini is a turnoff to many but makes it a great base for a refreshing hot-weather cooler. Puréeing the humble squash with lime juice, sugar, and ice magically transforms it into a pretty green slushy treat that is just sweet enough. Spike it with tequila for a fun summer cocktail or keep it virgin for the kids.
