Ham and Grape Salad with Horseradish Chive Vinaigrette

seedless green grapes, quartered lengthwise

celery ribs, strings removed and ribs sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick

finely chopped fresh chives

small head romaine, thinly sliced crosswise
Whisk together horseradish, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil in a large bowl. Add ham, grapes, celery, and chives and toss until coated.
Serve on romaine slices.
