Wonderfully complex, this classic aperitif has a taste reminiscent of a sophisticated iced tea. It gets its depth from sweet vermouth, its kick from dry vermouth, and its singular verve from lemonade ice cubes. And the drink only gets better the longer you sip it, as the ice cubes melt and release their tart sweetness.
