Chef: Cat Cora Olympian: Hope Solo, Women's Soccer Inspiration: The Iron Chef and co-host of Around the World in 80 Plates looks to Hope Solo, Olympic gold medalist and goalkeeper of the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team, as her idol outside the kitchen. "We are a family of soccer players, and Hope is a female role model for a sport that has been dominated by men for so long," Cora explains. "I can relate because I have been in an industry dominated by men, as well. Hope is not only a strong competitor, but she has been able to excel and really prove herself as a star."
